You will need to go through a training & completed the certifcation for the company you choose to provide your services to and start taking inbound customer service calls from your home. It is all virtual so you basically log into your computer and into the clients systems and the calls come directly into your phone line!
You answer the phone as if you are in a call center! Pretty Easy! Huh!
This is an amazing opportunity. You have to be self disciplined and motivated & you also have to have some working knowledge of computers and understanding of the latest technology.

Arise requires that all individuals seeking to become Arise Certified Professionals legally reside in the United States and are 18 years or older, if they are servicing customers based in the United States. (Currently Arise is not accepting new applicants from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon & Wisconsin)
When working with Arise you will need a separate landline telephone dedicated to receiving Arise incoming calls with no add-on features (no call waiting, no call forwarding, no voicemail//answering services, no fax services).
Long distance telephone service is not required. This telephone line may not be used for any other incoming or outgoing personal calls. Arise does require you to provide us a separate service phone number.
Arise has updated the technology requirements to allow the use of VOIP (Voice Over IP) phone lines while servicing. It is currently allowed for most clients.
Yes. You can use your laptop to service Arise clients as long as your laptop meets the minimum computer requirements. Remember you may not use any wireless connections at any time to provide service with Arise and its clients. Your laptop must be hard-wired to a supported Internet connection. Wireless keyboards and a wireless mouse are not supported.

Arise clients offer a wide variety of programs that you can certify your home business for. Client services are not limited to just taking or making calls, your business can also choose to provide email, chat or technical support to Arise Clients. Inbound call types may include any or a combination of the following: sales, customer service, chat and technical support.
You are Self Employed so the amount of revenue you earn is up to you. Arise clients pay rates range from $9 - $16 per hour. Client opportunities are posted on the Arise portal. You may click on the green Info button to review the client details, such as the servicing hours available and types of calls you will be taking. Some Arise clients have hours for CSPs to service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Arise Client pay rates will be made available to you prior to your enrolling in a Client Certification class.
Virtuoso Solutions service fee is a flat $50 per service period. You are also responsible for the Arise bi-monthly service fee of $19.75.
Virtuoso Solutions has to cover business expenses. Our low service fee allows us to provide you with support during all phases of your certification process and during the course of our ongoing working relationship, continuing education, accounting, revenue disbursement services and offers you the opportunity to service clients without having to incorporate.
The ARISE® service fee is charged for the infrastructure that Arise provides, including the ARISE® 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and STARMATIC® scheduling system and WILLOW® accounting services.
No fees are charged until the first invoice period after you begin providing customer interaction services to your first Arise client.
You are a Self Employed Independent Contractor and Authorized User and are responsible for your own taxes. You will receive a Form 1099-MISC at the end of the year if you earned $600 or more.
As an Independent Contractor you are not employed by Virtuoso Solutions or Arise Virtual Solutions. You are responsible for paying applicable Federal, State, or local taxes. You are not eligible for unemployment, overtime or benefits and are responsible for your own retirement savings.
Once you have completed the Arise admissions steps and have requested to join Virtuoso Solutions, your next step is to enroll in the Arise client certification course of your choice. Courses may take between two to six weeks depending on the client you choose. Once you have completed and certified with a client, you begin to service immediately.
Arise and Virtuoso Solutions does not compensate for the time spent in an Arise client certification course as it considers that the knowledge obtained while attending the certification course will contribute in making your business successful.
You are Self Employed and you are responsible to obtain the specialized skills that are needed in order to provide the appropriate services to the client that you choose.
If you want to change your IBO, you will need to contact your current IBO and ask to be released. Once you are released you can request to join Virtuoso Solutions. Login to your portal and simply click on the link that says Join an Arise-affiliated corporation. Now enter the Virtuoso Solutions IBID 601909.
Complete the Arise Admissions process and request to join Virtuoso Solutions LLC. (IBID 601909)
Ensure that you have a working computer that will meet Arise’s guidelines (See Arise Workstation Requirements Guide here)
Purchase a USB headset for certification. This is a headset that plugs into your computer
Purchase a headset that can plug into your landline telephone. (Cordless phones are not accepted)
Have or prepare to have a landline telephone or a digital phoneline with no features (At this time, you cannot use Magic Jack, Vonage, etc).
In order to partner with Virtuoso Solutions and be given the opportunity to provide your services to clients, you must complete the following which is considered your investment into your own business.
The following are the fee’s:
Arise Background Check ($9.99). If you have felonies or bank fraud charges then you may not be eligible to provide services. Click HERE for information on background checks.
Certification Course for the client you choose starts at $4.99 up to $289. *Military families, receive up to $150.00 towards their first client certification course with our Arise partner! Click HERE for instructions for military.
These fee’s are paid to Arise Virtual Solutions, not Virtuoso Solutions.

Step 1: Create an Arise Profile here:
During this process you will be asked if you were referred to Arise by someone. Please fill in our CSP ID: 4158451 and the name Virtuoso Solutions will populate.
Step 2: Choose Virtuoso Solutions as your IBO. Enter our IBID number into the search box (601909) then click the little magnifying glass next to the search box, then click submit.
Step 3: Select a client program to service & complete their certification course. Once you successfully complete the certification course you are ready to service & earn revenue! Client course costs vary.
